IsatPhone is Inmarsat’s mobile satellite phone service, providing a simple, highly affordable way of staying in touch. Robust, compact and competitively priced, IsatPhone is ideal for professional users in the government, media, aid, oil and gas, mining and construction sectors, who work in areas where local networks are unreliable or non-existent.
The new IsatPhone is the first handset to be purpose-built for the Inmarsat network and will be available on a global basis over the three Inmarsat-4 satellites, which have an operational lifetime into the 2020s.

VALIDITY & EXPIRATION OF MINUTES
Units must be used within the validity period (which starts once balances have been topped up using the Prepaid voucher) or they will expire. When users top up, the validity of the voucher units is added to any remaining validity on the SIM card at the moment of top-up with a maximum period of 24 months.
VOICEMAIL
Voicemail check is calculated as outgoing call.
ISATPHONE POSTPAID PLAN DETAILS
- *Allowance for “In bundle” monthly traffic is for calls to fixed, cellular, voicemail, mobile to mobile, BGAN, SBB, and FBB.
- Standard rates will apply for all other call types
- Monthly allowance minutes do not roll over from month to month
- The minimum duration for all plans is 12 months.
- If a plan is canceled before the duration of the contract there is an early termination fee of $100.00 plus the remaining amount on the contract.

REFUND POLICY
All refunds must be arranged with the Remote Satellite Systems Sales Manager websales@remotesatellite.com in order to be processed. Unactivated prepaid SIM cards may be returned within 7 days of purchase, provided that they are still honored by the satellite service provider, and must be returned in original condition. Activated prepaid SIM cards cannot be returned and are not eligible for refund. Deactivation of an activated card stops service. Deactivated prepaid SIM cards are not eligible for any credit or refund for any unused minutes or validity.
TERM COMMITMENT
There is a 12 month term commitment for all IsatPhone Plans. Early termination fees apply.
